Client's Rights In accordance with the AESC, a consultancy firm is obliged to: 1. Provide a precise and honest evaluation of their capacity to carry out the search. 2. Inform who will be carrying out the search. 3. Provide a consultancy service of the highest quality. 4. Maintain their information in strict confidence. 5. Show a clear understanding of the position, the company and the search objectives 6. Present regular reports on the progress of the search. 7. Create a list of candidates suitable for the position and culture of the organisation. 8. Negotiate with the final candidate, representing both parties with integrity and professionalism. 9. Provide a reasonable follow-up after the incorporation. 10. The consultancy firm cannot guarantee filling the position nor that the candidate would wish to join the company. |
